Event Rentals for Loomis Weddings & Gatherings
Barns, working farms and open ground. These venues rarely supply tables, seating or linen, so orders here tend to be complete rather than supplementary.
Loomis
Loomis was the second largest fruit-shipping station in Placer County in the early twentieth century, and that history still shapes where events happen here. The Loomis Fruit Growers Association formed in 1901 and built packing sheds that shipped Placer peaches, plums and pears under the "Mountain Grown" name; the last operating fruit shed in the county closed in 2001.
What that leaves is a town of working farms, converted agricultural buildings and open ground — venues with character and, usually, without the infrastructure of a purpose-built event space. Rentals here are doing more work than they would at a hotel: often the tables, the seating and the surface treatment all come in.

Delivering here
Farm and orchard properties are often reached by private or unpaved drives. How a truck gets in, and where it can turn around, matters more than the distance from our warehouse.

Where a Loomis order usually starts
Loomis venues rarely supply tables or seating, so an order here usually starts with both and works upward from there.
Common questions
Do you deliver to farm and barn venues in Loomis?
- Yes. Agricultural venues are common here, and they usually need a complete order — tables and seating as well as linen and tabletop — because the property itself supplies very little.
What should I tell you about a Loomis property before you quote?
- How a truck reaches the setup area and where it can turn around. Many Loomis venues are down private or unpaved drives, and that determines the delivery plan more than the mileage does.
