Bridal Shower Rentals

Bridal showers

One beautiful table, and the afternoon built around it.

A bridal shower is usually one table done properly rather than a room full of them, which changes what you rent. Linens, glassware, a charger and a napkin per guest, and enough candle holders and bud vases to make the length of the table feel considered.

Because everything is priced per piece, a table for eighteen costs what eighteen settings cost — there is no package minimum to work around.

Showers double as pre-wedding conversation, and many of the pieces on that table end up in the wedding order that follows because the shower is where the palette first meets a room. It is worth building the shower table with that in mind rather than reserving decisions for the reception.

Worth knowing

Count the table, not the room

Showers are usually seated at one long table or two rounds. Get the table dimensions from your venue or host before choosing linen sizes — that decision is made by the table, not the guest count.

Daytime changes what reads

Most showers run in daylight, where candlelight does very little. Texture, color and glassware do the work instead, so weight your budget there.

Format changes the rental

A shower can be a seated luncheon or a standing brunch. Seated needs a full setting per guest and a linen sized to the table; standing needs serving pieces, glassware and dressed surfaces instead. Decide the format before you count.
