Rehearsal Dinner Rentals
The night before, at a table that already feels like the wedding.
A rehearsal dinner is usually long-table seating for twenty to sixty, and it is the one meal of the weekend where everyone is actually sitting down together. Linens, a full place setting per guest, glassware and a line of candlelight down the middle is the whole brief.
Many couples rent the rehearsal dinner and the wedding together. Sending both lists at once makes availability easier for us to hold across the weekend.
The rehearsal is also where guests meet each other for the first time — family and wedding party who have traveled in, seated for the length of a meal. The pieces on that table set the tone for what the wedding will be the next night, so it is worth making the table match rather than reserving the good pieces for the reception.
Book it with the wedding
Two events on consecutive days draw from the same stock. Sending both lists together is the surest way to get the same pieces on both nights.
Long tables need more linen than you think
Rectangular linens are sized to the table, and joined tables need one per section. Confirm how the venue is configuring them before you count.
Family-style shifts the order
Rehearsal dinners more often go family-style than plated — platters and serving pieces down the middle, guests passing to each other. That reduces individual place-setting counts and increases the serving pieces from The Silver Collection.
