Linen & Oak rents the pieces a wedding table is built from — linens, napkins and runners, dinnerware, glassware and flatware, candle holders and vases, plus furniture and accent pieces for the wider space. Everything is priced per item, per event, so you take what the day actually needs rather than a fixed package.
Build your event from the collection as you plan: add pieces, set quantities against your guest count, and send it over. We confirm what is available for your date and come back with a quote covering rental, delivery and setup.
Count by place setting, not by table
Flatware and glassware are rented per piece, so a hundred guests eating a plated dinner needs a hundred of each item on the setting — dinner fork, knife, dessert fork, spoon, and each glass. It adds up faster than most people expect.
Linens are sized to the table
Table linens come in specific sizes — round and rectangular — and the right one depends on your venue's tables, not just your guest count. Ask your venue for table dimensions before you finalize quantities.
Book the scarce pieces first
Some pieces we hold in small quantities. If a particular collection matters to your table, send your list early — availability on a given weekend is finite.
