Linen & Oak rents everything a holiday table needs: velvet napkins, patterned dinnerware, glassware, flatware, and The Silver Collection's 100+ vintage silver pieces and trays. Choose one of our six Christmas bundles below, or build your own table piece by piece, for an office party of 300 or a family dinner of eight.
There is no minimum order for delivery or pickup, and last-minute orders are welcome: when the pieces are available, we can prepare an order the same day. Holiday bundles are 15% off for 20 or more guests, and corporate, nonprofit and office events get 20% off their first order.
We deliver across the Sacramento region and the foothills, including Elk Grove, Davis, West Sacramento, Woodland, Lodi, Nevada City and Tahoe. Or pick up from our Lincoln warehouse, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Each bundle is one complete place setting: plates, glassware, flatware and a napkin. 15% off holiday orders for 20 or more guests when you book a holiday bundle. Want a different napkin color or another flatware? Swap any piece within a bundle. Tablecloths are rented separately.

Adding a bundle builds an inquiry, not a booking. Nothing is reserved until we confirm the pieces for your date and send a quote.
If the pieces are available, we can prepare your order the same day, and there is no holiday cutoff. Office parties and family dinners do draw on the same pieces in December, so sending your list early is how you secure the exact setting you want.
Holiday meals are served family-style more often than plated, which shifts the order toward platters, trays and serving utensils rather than extra flatware.
Holiday tables tempt over-decoration. A silver candelabra down the middle, or a run of matched trays, does more than a scattered mix. The Silver Collection is built to be the one thing on the table rather than a chorus.

Yes. Any piece within a bundle can be swapped, for example a different napkin color or another flatware. Tablecloths are rented separately.
Most pieces are stocked for 300 or more guests, and there is no smallest order: a table for six is welcome. The Silver Collection has more than 100 styles of vintage silver pieces and trays.
Delivery is $2.50 per mile, whatever the size of the order, counted on the full round trips for delivery and pickup. An event 30 miles from us is 120 miles in total (out and back to deliver, out and back to collect), so $300.
Yes. Orders can be picked up from our warehouse at 1331 Aviation Blvd #100, Lincoln, CA 95648, any time Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. To browse the showroom, an appointment is recommended.
Setup is offered on all furniture items with delivery: we place chairs and tables and dress them with linens. Without setup, we drop off and pick up at the nearest drop-off zone at your venue.
