Holiday party rentals: what they cost per guest
A rental budget is three numbers: the place setting multiplied by the guest count, a cloth for each table, and delivery by distance. Here they are, worked from the prices in our catalog.
Start from one place setting
Every piece is priced per item, per event, so a place setting costs the sum of what is on it. Three of our Christmas bundles, priced piece by piece:
The Evergreen Christmas setting is an Evergreen Dinner Plate at $1.50, the salad plate at $1.25, a Melodia Moss water goblet and wine glass at $1.50 each, Champagne Gold flatware (dinner knife, dinner fork and tea spoon) at $0.75 a piece, and a White Fringe Napkin at $1.50.

Then a cloth for each table
Tablecloths are rented separately from the bundles, one per table. A 120-inch round cloth falls to a 30-inch drop on a 60-inch round table. Our White Poli Table Linen is $18 a cloth, and a patterned cloth such as the Morgan Stripe Evergreen Linen is $38.

A worked example: forty guests, seated
Forty guests at five tables of eight, set with Evergreen Christmas and the Morgan Stripe Evergreen cloth, delivered to a venue 20 miles from our warehouse:

A worked example: a hundred guests, standing
A cocktail party needs far fewer place settings and more glasses than guests. For a hundred guests standing: 150 Melodia Coupes at $1.50 is $225, twelve cocktail tables at $15 is $180, and two Large Champagne Buckets at $20 is $40. That is $445 in rental pieces before delivery.
Delivery is priced by distance, not by size
Delivery is $2.50 a mile, counted on the full round trips to deliver and to collect, so a venue 20 miles away is 80 miles, or $200, whether the order is forty napkins or four hundred plates. Picking the order up from our Lincoln warehouse, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, takes delivery off the bill entirely.
The offers, and what the numbers are not
Holiday orders for 20 or more guests are 15% off when you book a holiday bundle. Corporate, nonprofit and office events get 20% off the first order and 10% off every order after that. Your quote shows which applies to your order.
