Event Rentals in Placer County

From the Roseville suburbs up to the north shore of Tahoe.

Placer County spans the widest range of any area we deliver to. The southwestern end — Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln and Granite Bay — is dense, close and quick to reach. Auburn and the Highway 49 corridor sit in the foothills. The eastern end runs over the summit to Tahoe City, Kings Beach and Olympic Valley, which is a mountain delivery in every sense.

The full collection is available throughout. What changes across the county is not what you can rent but how far in advance a date needs confirming — a Roseville backyard and a north-shore lake venue are different logistical propositions.

Delivering here

North Lake Tahoe is over the summit

Tahoe City, Kings Beach and Olympic Valley mean crossing the pass, which is weather-dependent for a good part of the year and a materially different run from a valley delivery. Confirm mountain dates as early as you can.

The southwest end is our quickest run

Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln and Granite Bay are close and easy to reach, so delivery windows there are the most flexible we offer and late additions are usually workable.

Foothill venues need access notes

Properties around Auburn, Newcastle, Penryn and Foresthill are often down private or unpaved roads. How a truck gets in and where it can turn around matters more than the distance.
