Engagement Party Rentals
Usually standing, usually pouring, usually outdoors.
Engagement parties are more often a drinks party than a dinner, which shifts the order toward glassware, cocktail tables and the linens that dress them, with serving pieces rather than place settings.
In practice they fall into two shapes: a garden or backyard afternoon with cocktail tables and pours, and a restaurant back-room dinner. The rental for each looks different — the first is glassware, linens and dressed surfaces; the second is a full seated place setting for a smaller number.
Tell us whether people will be seated or standing — it changes the order more than the guest count does.
Standing parties need more glassware, not less
Without a seat to return to, guests set glasses down and pick up fresh ones. Plan above headcount rather than at it.
Cocktail tables carry the room
A few dressed cocktail tables give a standing party structure, somewhere to put a drink, and something to photograph.
Home versus restaurant
At home the practical question is delivery access; at a restaurant it is what the venue already provides and what needs to come in on top. Tell us which, and we will size the order accordingly.
