Event Rentals for Truckee & Donner Weddings
Mountain lodges, lakeside properties and private homes. Many are seasonal, and access can change with conditions rather than with the calendar.
Truckee
Truckee sits at 5,817 feet and averages around 204 inches of snow a year, with measurable snowfall on roughly 60 to 70 days. That is the single most important fact about renting here: the delivery crosses the summit, and for much of the year the route is weather-dependent in a way none of our other markets are.
The practical consequence is timing. A Truckee date needs confirming earlier than a valley date, and the window for an outdoor event is genuinely narrower — the season here is short and it is worth planning inside it rather than at its edges.

Common questions
Do you deliver rentals to Truckee?
- Yes. It is a mountain delivery over the Sierra summit, so we confirm the route as well as the date and plan wider delivery windows than we would in the valley.
How far ahead should I book a Truckee event?
- Earlier than you would elsewhere. The outdoor season is short at 5,817 feet, demand concentrates into it, and winter conditions can affect access well outside the months people expect.
Delivering here
A mountain delivery over the summit. Route conditions govern the schedule for much of the year, so mountain dates are confirmed earlier and with wider windows than valley ones.

Where a Truckee order usually starts
Lodge and lakeside interiors take deep color well — evergreen, burgundy and warm oak read properly against snow light.
