Event Rentals in Nevada County
The western foothills through to Truckee and Donner.
Nevada County splits into two quite different halves for delivery. Grass Valley and Nevada City sit in the western foothills, an accessible run from the valley. Truckee and the Donner area sit over the summit at high elevation, which makes them a mountain delivery with everything that implies for timing and seasonal access.
The full collection is available across the county. Give us the venue and date and we will quote delivery, setup and collection against the actual route.
Delivering here
Truckee is over the summit
Reaching Truckee and Donner means crossing the pass, which is a materially different run from a foothill delivery and is weather-dependent for a good part of the year. Confirm mountain dates as early as you can.
Historic downtown venues
Grass Valley and Nevada City have narrow historic streets with limited loading access. Knowing where a truck can stop shapes the delivery plan.
Rural properties need directions, not just an address
Many foothill venues sit down private or unpaved roads. Access notes are more useful to us than a pin on a map.
