Small Event & Dinner Party Rentals
A table for eight deserves the good plates too.
There is no minimum order at Linen & Oak, for delivery or for pickup. A dinner party for eight, a team dinner for twenty or a holiday table for a family of twelve is put together from the same collection as a three-hundred-guest wedding: velvet napkins, patterned dinnerware, crystal glassware, flatware by the piece and vintage silver.
Every piece is priced per item, per event, so a small table costs what it actually uses. If you are close to Lincoln, pick the order up from our warehouse Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and skip delivery altogether. When the pieces are available, we can prepare an order the same day.
For the holidays, our six Christmas bundles give you a finished place setting in one step, and swapping a napkin color or a flatware within a bundle is welcome.
Pickup makes small orders simple
Delivery is $2.50 a mile on the round trips, so for a small order close to Lincoln, picking up from the warehouse is often the easiest option. Bring the pieces back after the event; linens come back as they are, with no washing needed.
Count by the menu
A dinner with a main and a dessert needs a dinner fork, a knife and a dessert fork per guest, plus a tea spoon if coffee is served. Flatware is rented one piece at a time, so the order matches your menu exactly.
Add one or two spares
At a table of eight, one dropped glass is noticeable. A spare plate and a spare glass cost very little and save a scramble.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order for delivery and no minimum for pickup. Small orders are welcome.
Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes. Orders can be picked up from our warehouse at 1331 Aviation Blvd #100, Lincoln, CA 95648, any time Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. To browse the showroom, an appointment is recommended.
How far ahead do I need to book?
If the pieces are available, we can prepare your order the same day. There is no holiday cutoff and last-minute orders are welcome. Popular pieces can be reserved by other events on busy weekends, so sending your list early is how you secure the exact ones you want.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is $2.50 per mile, whatever the size of the order, counted on the full round trips for delivery and pickup. An event 30 miles from us is 120 miles in total (out and back to deliver, out and back to collect), so $300.
