Event Rentals in El Dorado County
From the El Dorado Hills foothills up to South Lake Tahoe.
El Dorado County covers a wide spread of elevation, and that is the single biggest factor in planning a rental delivery here. The western end around El Dorado Hills and Cameron Park is a straightforward run; Placerville, Apple Hill and the Fair Play wine area sit higher and further; South Lake Tahoe is a mountain delivery in its own right.
We deliver the full collection throughout. What changes with elevation is timing and access, not what is available — so tell us the venue and the date and we will quote it properly.
Delivering here
South Lake Tahoe is a mountain delivery
It is a long climb from the valley floor, and winter conditions can affect road access and timing well outside the summer season. Mountain deliveries need earlier confirmation and wider windows than valley ones.
Foothill venues and vehicle access
Properties around Apple Hill, Fair Play and Georgetown are often reached by narrow or unpaved roads. Tell us how a truck gets in and where it can turn around.
Elevation changes the day, not just the drive
Temperature swings between afternoon and evening are wider at elevation than in the valley, which is worth thinking about when you plan an outdoor table.
