For children's parties we rent tables and seating, linens, and the decor pieces that dress a celebration — vases, candle holders and accent furniture. Pieces are rented individually, so you can put together something considered without hiring a full package.
The practical brief with children in the room is that pieces have to work at that height and at that speed — heavier linens that hold their line, glassware kept to the adult side of the table, soft-edged decor around the play area. Everything in the collection is built for events, so it stands up; it just needs to be placed with that in mind.

Plan for adults as well as children
Seating counts usually need to cover accompanying parents, which is often close to double the number of children invited.
Consider where pieces will sit
Outdoors on grass, indoors on hard floors, or a mix — it affects which furniture makes sense and how we plan delivery.
Order one or two spares
Kids' parties are the one event type where breakage is unusually likely. Because pieces are rented individually, one or two spare glasses and plates cost very little and take the anxiety out of the day.
