A reunion is usually one big meal, and the table is where the day actually happens. We rent what that table needs by the piece — cloths sized to the tables you are borrowing or hiring, napkins, dinner plates, glasses and flatware in the exact count — so a backyard or a rented hall can be set properly without buying anything.
Numbers are the hard part of a reunion: they change until the week before. Because every piece is priced per item, the order can move with the headcount, and we confirm the final quantities with you before delivery.
Measure the tables you actually have
Borrowed folding tables come in a few standard sizes and our linens are cut to fit them. Send us the table dimensions and the count, and we will match the cloths rather than guess.
Family-style means serving pieces
Reunion meals are passed, not plated. Platters, bowls and serving utensils from The Silver Collection do more for the table than extra place settings.
Order for the people, then add a margin
A few extra plates and glasses cost little and save a scramble. We will suggest a sensible margin when we quote.
